I thought I was paranoid, you have been on finasteride and still freaking out, it's just a whorl. I am 32 as well and not on finasteride yet, but haven't seen any changes yet. Will post a thread soon.
Why can I see through my hair (not scalp) when light hits from the back? Mostly when hair is parted from the left. Can also barely see it when combed back. (I can only see through it when I am not looking straight ahead, but with an angle) Hair density + hairline been the same since childhood...
I still have it but I feel like it's a lot less. Try using t/sal shampoo, that might have helped with mine. I believe I can confirm it doesn't cause hair loss thpugh. Have had it for 9 months now and no change in my hair. So happy about that.
I am shedding hair yes, like I always did. (even before these plugs), but my hair density is still stable. So happy about that. I am annoyed that it's also in my beard and eyebrows though. Hope it doesn't cause hair loss in the longer run. Will most likely go to the Doctor next month.
Have the same thing, though I have it also on my eyebrows and mustache. So I don't think it has a relation to balding. It's just something internal I guess. My shed hasn't increased since I have it and still have a full head of hair. Planning on going to my doctor, just have to find the time to...
I found out that even my eyebrow hairs have these yellowish/white crust and the eyebrow hair can sometimes be pulle out easily. Could it be something internal? Vitamin deficiency or something?
shedding is normal, if regrowth is still present. I've read a post yesterday about someone who has had the same problem for 20 years but still has a full head of hair, the person is 37 years old. Kind of gave me hope.
I see, hope they can diagnose it since my scalp looks pretty healthy, you can see some grains here and there (mostly second/third day after a wash). Other than that you can notice the grains attached to a hair like the photo I posted. I think it's best to show my Doctor a photo and see where he goes...
