Obviously do not continue that treatment. Talk to a dermatologist about how to recover and try to avoid products as much as possible.

I used S5 with no male pattern baldness and it made my hair fall out, so I'd be cautious of this.

If depression is to blame, you might grow it back through de-stressing and exercise.
