    Just telling you that that is a fad diet... that is for short term results. Kind of the same as South Beach, no? Do what you want... but, I'd gravitate towards something like ABs diet which is more of a lifestyle change. JG

    Also realize this type of diet isn't something you should be on for an extended period of time. It will promote bone loss. You want to do this maybe 2-3 weeks. After that... I fully recommend abs diet for men. JG
