    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

Hey there, quick update. Still on same regime. I am now 36 and still have hair, but receding is continuing as you can see by the small hairs. Hair will need to be cut soon as its feeling fine and crappy.

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

No, as I have already said in this thread, I was allergic to it and my face swelled considerably due to water retention - it was not a good look

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

Hey thanks for the feedback, I too think its helping. I added dutasteride to the regime as yes felt finasteride on its own was not doing the trick, although it did originally. Really it was just an experiment, if I use it daily I seem to get higher hair count fall, every other day seemed to be a good mix - no...

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

So it has been a while since my last update, current regime: 1 x dutasteride every other day 1 x finasteride every other day (swap between the two basically) 1 x msm per day 1 x cod liver oil every day 1 x magnesium every other day 1 x zinc every other day The result, well started losing my hair in 2007, took...

Topical Cetrizine for Hair Loss instead of Finasteride (Propecia)

I have been doing this for a week now and my god am I tired! This stuff is not doing you any good in my opinion, my eyes have been blood shot, people commented at work, and in addition I feel pretty groggy! There is no doubt though my hair quality has improved and so much less is falling out...

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

Going through an epic shed, I think maybe I overdone the Nizoral and started taking finasteride more over dutasteride... also tried some spirol but that just makes my hair turn to ****. Any other options? I am getting on this Cetrizine bandwagon, will see what comes of that.

Topical Cetrizine for Hair Loss instead of Finasteride (Propecia)

Just joined this gravy train... Let the experiments begin!! I am going to deliver this just using distilled water, after 24 hours. Nobody has really said, but am guessing put on your scalp and leave on, or wash out?

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

Thanks for the feedback all. Oriol, I only use finasteride and no minix, that stuff gave me severe water retention! I now take 1x fincar and 1x dutas, I wash my hair every other night with Nizoral. However, some days I just take 1 x fincar OR 1 x dutas as taking both everyday feels like overkill.

    Jimjams's Story - 32yo - UPDATED 17.11.11 - New to dutasteride

Hi all, Figured it was time to give you all an update as it has been around 10 months since the last one. In the last year I think I have been a bit more slap happy with my meds, I sometimes take 0.5 dutasteride and 1mg of finasteride together and other days I will just take finasteride and then sometimes just cut. I...
