I have been on a pretty extensive regime for about 2 years. Started with dutasteride .5 ed, then added spironolactone 100mg for about 1 year, recently added about 2 months ago-7.5mg of loniten which i decreased to 5 and now 2.5 mg ed. I have 0 sides from these meds but i also wouldn't recommend anyone...

Started loniten about a month ago. Started out at 5gm moved to 7, now to 10mg. I am noticing a pretty significant shed. I have been using foam for years. Is this normal ? I'm aware of sides which I have none to this point. Hair looks awful so I hope so.

thanks for your insight... I also wonder due to the vasodilator effect if it would be wise to stop taking pre-work supplements prior to working out. For a couple reasons, first being that most pre workouts are also vasodilators. Secondly, working out alone will increase heart rate without added...

I was taking spironolactone 150mg for probably 5 months and had decent maintenance and possibly new regrowth. duta about 1.5 years and spironolactone about 5 months. minoxidil probably for like 6 years ..... im taking 150 mg of spironolactone and do not want to go up to 200mg due to sides. So either i stay the course for a while longer or possibly look into something new in place of spironolactone

Is it possible to still lose hair while taking these meds? i am not seeing the growth I thought i would. ANy suggestions instead of spironolactone? ( I have no sides from any of the drugs, I've been on each for a while now)
