All of these people saying to just get another hair transplant and not take Finasteride are being ridiculous. Don't lie to yourself. If you're not on that drug the hair is not going to magically stop receding/diffusing. That's an essential aspect of getting a transplant.
the frustration is that you can't do anything about. you can be the most type A personality alive, but when that hair starts going no amount of exercise or will power is going to bring it back
How the f*** is it 2017 and the only option for bringing back hair is some half-cocked procedure that brings it from the back of the head, leaves scars, and for most people is only temporary before continued recession kicks in. it's infuriating.

if you think the only reason to join a hair loss forum is to naively speculate on hair loss cures that are most likely not going to be here for another 20-30 years, then i think you need to take a serious look in the mirror and ask yourself that question.
man, that's tough to tell. i have the same type of hair and similar crown balding. i'm thinking the regrowth is mainly from it being longer in the other pictures, but maybe someone else will disagree.
