do anything that will keep your heart rate at 80% max for at least 20 minutes. You can be creative. If you can do this with Sex, well then all the better.
I do three days a week of total body workout and 2 days of HIIT( High Intensity interval training.) This with at least a decent diet will make the lbs come off.
