eehm, its just suposed to be 20 minutes.. the break period should be minimum 12-24 hours between treatments. So doing it for 12 hours would be more harmfull then helpfull, overstimulation. most people use it 2-3 times a week. - - - Updated - - - Great... getting negative rates just for testing...

Well thats what the creator did, it seems to be ok as long as over 12-24 hours have passed. Shouldnt see any huge changes before 3-6 motnhs anyway so i wont be here updating to much, but im going to try to keep some photos etc so i can show if there are any good changes, (let it grow out a few...
