Hi, is 0.25 every other day a suitable amount to start off with?

So essentially you can make a month last for 4 months give or take? Do you have to take everyday? because have seen people who take 5/7 days a week?

Okay so 0.25 everyday would be sufficient

And you would take 0.25 a day - why doesn't everyone do this ? Sorry about all the questions just intrigued.

When you say take 0.25 would that work by splitting a 1MG tablet into 4? to create 4 0.25
