I was on finasteride from about 24 years old and switched to dutasteride around 27 . im now 28 almost 29 . it has maintained so far I believe . maybe I've lost a little .. still have my crown holding which is was getting a bald spot when I started finasteride at 24. so I've been on aa's for years now ...

I've been on advodart for 3 and half months , started shedding shorter thick terminal hairs about 2 weeks back still going through a minor shed , some longer terminals shed too but I see that as a normal process. Will keep you all updated on my experience as well not trying to thread steal ...

So being from north America we cannot use this product ?

hang in there Rock! I started dutasteride about 3 months ago now ... i did go through a shed but thats seemed to stop now . Ill see what its like at 6 months , hoping for some regrowth :D ive seen some success with dutasteride around. so there is hope!

I just replaced finasteride with dutasteride as well approx 1 month ago . Stopping minoxidil for about 2 months now as well . Going to hasson and wong to fix my hair line . They want you to be off minoxidil for 2 months before a surgery . Ill let you know how the dutasteride goes ppl . So far no sides . Taking it 4...

like BTS said stay strong ... shedding should be a good sign for you since you just started taking the meds. psychologically hair loss is the worst but keep strong mentally .. something I can hardly do with the male pattern baldness .... cure this **** already

I added 12.5 mg of finasteride (2.5 proscar tablets) to 60 ml of minoxidil last night... It dissolved rapidly .. .so this morning I used 1ml of the minoxidil with finasteride....ive read a few threads on It here and there and thought what the hell , why not.
