I think there's way to much worrying about how finasteride might mess you up in the long term. Women have taken the contraceptive pill for many years, with no negative effects.

Update: Went to the doctor who said there was nothing wrong with me at all heartwise.I've since started taking my finpecia pill before I go to sleep everynight, and don't seem to have/notice any increased irregular or fast heatbeat anymore.....
