Honestly dude, that's a sh*tload ...due to my own experience I can say that 0,025% topical finasteride is enough to see effects. Less is sometimes more.

From what I've read 20mg/day are definitely a risk to suffer from hairloss in the later days of treatment. I'd take 20mg maybe twice a week. And remember that you can't take it forever. It's not a lifelong solution.

Well, this is maybe a dumb question .... When using 2 AR Blockers together (let's say Spironolactone and RU for example) will they negatively interact witch each other? Or will they both block the receptors?

Bump for you. I'm in a very similar situation. No receeded hairline, but very thin hair overall on my head that is impossible to style like I want to. So I also would like to know if it is possible to wear a wig with shaved hair ....and how I could make a template without shaving it all off :(...

Thats right when you use it oral. Because it blocks ALL androgens from binding to the receptors. But as a topical it should be pretty safe and side-effect free.
