He probably suggesting that its hard to dissolve at higher concentration. Hard to find solubility data. I found in a document that bic is dissolved 1mg/ml in ethanol, and over 10mg/ml in acetone, probably enza is litte harder to dissolve being a bigger molecule.

Does he explains why it would not work? I dissolved bicalutamide in vodka and this things def penetrate even systemic. And kawn mention enza gave him some ball ache and reduce scalp itch.

Nice treatment! I also tried 0,01 mg/ml but I think I am allergic to finasteride. Maybe miconazole is a good addition to the regimen instead of hydrocortizone.

Most probably those sides are from finasteride I experienced the effects. Take one week off and if it get better jump on it again and if you experience the same sides def it is from finasteride.

I would guess a concentration of over 2 % is not a option for the majority as this things build up in the system. I think you can use high dose if u rotate one week on and off. My approach is to find the lowest side effect treatment that can maintain hair and build from there.

If it works by local means then in theory it should be enough. Also i am sensitive to AA, I've got great regrowth with 1mg/ml spironolactone and then quit my hair got way worse one year after and it doesnt seem to work for regrowth anymore. And bicalutamide is supposed to be way stronger.

This is a very common side effect. I've read in female community forum that thet dilute the cream with water or oils. You could try dilute it with basic light cream 1:5 so u have 5mg/g.

I hope they target less dht-reduction and not only systemic absorption and side effects in their study, otherwise this is useless.

Dermarolling would increase the absorption in general over the skinlayer, but it wont hit the transfollicular pores significantly just my thought.
