Using Rogaine foam & spironolactone 5 cream together. How does that work. Do I use both twice a day??? Which one first? & then how long do I need to wait to use the next product. After I wash my hair, do I need to wait for me hair to completely dry before applying either of the products??? please...

Have been using like saw palmetto, biotin, msm for about the past 6 months with no success. Wanted to start to take a full approach to my thinning hair. Mid 30's here wm. I get how to take Propecia. But also want to use Rogaine foam & spironolactone 5 cream together as well but need some explanation...
