Greetings,
Can anyone recommend a top-quality 'rugmaker' in the San Diego area (I would even be willing to commute to Los Angeles)? I prefer an establishment at which I can have a personal consultation with a qualified professional.
Money is no object.

That's true in the "bear" community...

I agree, mikemass, and this is why we'll probably never see such research...
Thank you, tino! Excellent research!
IMHO, one would have to not be paying attention to not notice the vastly higher percentage of gay men who are bald compared to the number of bald straight men. These articles indicate that there is something to back up that observation.

Ignore the ad and just read the comments section. That says it all. Basically, if you're bald and gay, you have it made. Just shave or buzzcut and you will be considered as hot (or...

Go to a site with pictures from any Pride parade and you'll see what I mean. There are FAR more bald heads on display than you will find in the average...
In the "bear" community (which is quite large here in Southern California), baldness is almost universal -- and not just a shaved head, mind you, but pronounced male pattern baldness. This accompanies a significant amount of body hair and an endomorphic body type. I can't understand why more...
I appreciate the replies. I wanted to respond to two of them...
optimus prime,
Thanks, I'm glad someone else has noticed it too. And I think your analysis as to why this might be the case is on the mark.
Primex,
What you said makes sense. I don't know much about the gay community except...
Take a look at this...

So who's to say that exposure to higher than normal levels of testosterone in...
Just to reiterate:
I'm NOT saying that most gay men are bald.
I'm NOT saying that most bald men are gay (I have no way of knowing how many men I see use rugs, plugs, etc)
I AM saying that most (not all) of the men I see (either out and about or on TV, etc) who show their bald/balding heads...
Thanks to all those who provided an intelligent response... and, for the record, I am as serious as a heart attack.
These links will illustrate that I'm not entirely off my rocker:

The reason I ask is
1) I'm quite bald (horseshoe pattern) and shave it off
2) I'm straight, and on the market again (after a recent divorce)
3) Most of the bald & balding men I see are gay (and I'm not just talking the buzz cut or shaved head, I'm talking male pattern baldness)
Has anyone...
