I’m not sure I had a significant enough shed to determine when it started or stopped. But, I would say that it hasn’t really affected the way my hair looks at this point.

No more shedding than what I would consider normal. I exercise regularly. About 4-5 a week, most weeks.

I wrote a two month review about my experience. I added pics. I’m encouraged by the results and I have had no side effects. If you’re thinking about starting, my advice would be to pull the trigger.
