McConaughey wears no hair piece! Saw him on TV playing in the Bob Hope Golf Classic and it was windy and he had no hat on! So your theory is wrong. But, he may have definitely had a transplant.

Anyone have any opinions of their work? Are they respectable? Who would you recommend as being the best transplant surgeons in the south? If you have had their procedure done in San Antonio, your detail experiences would also be appreciated. Just curious because I never hear their names...
