This is my take on the optimal cycle of steroids while trying to maintain your hair:
- Testosterone + anastrazole (+ maybe HCG to help faster recovery)
- Dutasteride to reduce the conversion of testosterone to DHT as much as possible.
- Minoxidil
- Ketokonazole 2% for scalp health and minor...
Hi,
I recently ordered two 30ml bottles of 5% RU58841 from Anageninc.
My hair loss is only prominent at the temples, so how many ml do you guys advice me to use? 1ml seems like a high dosage considering the price. Paying over $100 every second month seems pretty darn expensive. Would 0.5ml be...
It's been 9 months now in a couple of weeks. I need to find the doctor again so he can prescribe me more dutasteride.
I am also soon out of Arimidex, so I definetely need to get that if I don't want growing titties for christmas.
I am thinking about starting MK-677, a growth hormone releasing...
You should only use Nolvadex for emergency. It's better at fighting gyno fast, but it has much worse side effects if used for longer periods. You block the estrogen with Nolvadex. Arimidex just lowers it. The thing with AI in males is that it does not crash your estrogen to zero, cause some...
No, I still use liquid minoxidil. The dandruff I experienced earlier disappeared. Before, I could see specks of dandruff in up to 5-10mm length. Now, if I run my hands through the hair, only tiny specs of dandruff falls down. I don't know why the dandruff went away, but I suspect that it may...
You risk having it stopped in the customs. Depending on where you live, dutasteride is most likely a medication where a prescription is needed, making it a controlled substance. In the worst case scenario, you might get a fine and have your address flagged by the customs, making it very hard to...
Yeah, I'm happy if I manage to keep it like this for another 3-5 years. Speaking of regrowth, I think I'm starting to see some very thin and small hairs growing out at some places in the hairline that wasn't there a few weeks ago. Crossing my fingers.
You can use a estrogen receptor antagonist/blocker or aromatase inhibitor. The latter is preferred, since estrogen receptor antagonists like nolvadex is harsher on blood lipids etc. I also think nolvadex is worse for your hair than AI's. It's best to not take AI's either, since estrogen in...
Guys.. go to private skin clinics and hair clinics. Dermatologists and private doctors. Don't go to GP's for 5-AR inhibitors. Most of them are too strict when it comes to prescribing off-label, since they don't know a sh*t about androgenic alopecia. Also, money usually settles the arguments.
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate that. Yeah, I think the hair furthest back at the temples and frontal hairline is getting denser, but I don't think I notice any progression besides that. It seems like it's pretty stable, so I'm happy about that.
Here ya go. Sorry for the late update. I waited until I got a haircut before taking new pictures.
6 months plus a few weeks update:
I recently bought a new phone with 40 megapixels, only so I can get the best money shots of my hairline and keep you guys satisfied. The pictures is without...
Looks like they changed the name on that shampoo. It's called "Define Mild & Sensitive Shampoo" now, "against dry and itchy scalp, without perfume, reduces dandruff".
It does not seem to contain any paraben when I read the ingredients. But it say's it contains sodium laureth sulfate and zinc...
Conditioner doesn't help your scalp that much. You need a good shampoo for dry scalp and hair. "Define Healthy Scalp & Hair" noticeably reduced my dandruff and itchy scalp. Massage it good down into the scalp and let it work while you you soap you're body, like 1-3 minutes. Start washing your...
