hey man just my two cents. its clear that you have an inflammed or infected scalp. its probably follicullitis. how do you expect to grow any hair when your whole scalp is red and blistered. you definitely have to do something about that if you want to save your hair... otherwise your hair isnt...

its highly likely its not pure male pattern baldness. get checked for thyroid issues, malabsortion, systemic fungal infection, dental, gallbladder, or nasal and epipharyngs cavity infections or cysts that might hinder hair growth. your pattern is very-very unusual.
