Is spectral nano minoxidil? and what makes it better over standard?

I am looking to change my current minoxidil 5% and nioxin routine to something else. I have been using it for 2 years now and I don't think I'm getting anymore growth. How is the spectral? Have you heard of http://www.perfectimagesolutions.com/ or http://www.mopclabs.com. Is this dangerous?

I can say the minoxidil has worked for the front as well. I am not sure why they say it only works for the vertex, maybe it was only tested for that area. Its worth giving it a try.
