About the carbs... Try to limit refined sugars and get some fruits and whole grains. Simple carbs are good for post workout meals (raisins/fruit/juice)

I dont have personal exp with roids, but I know from bodybuilding forums that there are some that are less damaging to your hair than other. As I recall it has something to do with how easily the drugs aromatize... And some makes your DHT go crazy and some do not. But you should really ask this...
Maybe you are already doing this, but:
Stick to free weights and cable moves. Lots of compound exercises and always (!) maintain perfect form during exercises.

Bleaching can be pretty rough on your hair, but I doubt that minoxidil should make it worse. The peroxide bleaches your hair but you wash whatever left of it out, so I dont see how the two would react?
