Desperate For Diffuse Thinner Success Stories

I personally didn't get great results from RU. I maintained, but i was also on finasteride and minoxidil, so tough to say how much each one actually contributed. I didn't get any noticeable improvement from adding RU and I used it for over a year So I cut it out mostly just to save money, so still on minoxidil...

Desperate For Diffuse Thinner Success Stories

Finasteride... It's helped me maintain for the past few years.. From what i've gathered, diffuse thinners are the best responders and i'd say without it I'd be like a NW5/6 right now and im still at like a Norwood 2.5ish..

Stem Cell Treatment From Colorado Hair Institute

http://www.coloradosurgicalhair.com/procedures/stem-cell-hair-regeneration.aspx Just stumbled across this, I'm pretty sure they just announced this today. I wanted to see what other people think in terms of its legitimacy. Hopefully someone smarter than me and who knows more about the science...

    Constant shed - 1y duta - 2m finasteride - lost a lot of density - what should i do?

So you say when you were taking accutane it reduced the oilyness of your scalp and your hair was better? Interesting, I'm also in the same boat as everyone else.. Been on finasteride for a few years and recently added dutasteride as I've been losing ground. I haven't seen any improvement yet although its only...

Took The Nuclear Option. Slowly, Slowly It Paid Off.

When you derma roll, do you only do the temples? Or do you do your whole head? Also for RU, do you apply that on whole head, or just on temples?

At What Point Are You "not A Man" When Hair Loss Is Consuming You. Because I Don't Feel Like One.

Right there with you guys... I went out to dinner with my parents and some of their friends a few weeks ago. I had the least amount of hair at the table... I can't decide what makes me feel worse. When I see an older guy with a great set of hair or looking in the mirror...

Getting A Hair Transplant At 22 Years Old

I had graduated and just gotten a job, and I did pay $500 up front for it, but otherwise didn't save up, and since i just got a job, was able make the monthly payments. I don't think there was interest, if there was it was really small amount And i haven't gotten any sides really. Occasional...

Getting A Hair Transplant At 22 Years Old

I got a hair transplant at 23, I'm 27 now. I can say I'm really glad I did it, otherwise I'd probably be a Norwood 4 or 5 by age 25. But I've basically maintained the Norwood 2 I was at before the hair transplant. I am starting to get to the point where the rest of my hair is losing density, so I either need to get a another hair transplant...

Took The Nuclear Option. Slowly, Slowly It Paid Off.

I think I'm gonna have to go nuclear as well. Big 3 isn't doin sh*t for me... Do you recall how long it was on dutasteride before the shedding slowed down or stopped? Or are you still shedding quite a bit?

Anyone Has Used Lipogaine? Or Just Another Scam?

I use their 'for men with sensitive skin' formula as the pg in kirkland's and other cheaper liquid minoxidil formulas destroys my scalp. I buy it for that reason only, as another poster mentioned above it's just glorified, overpriced minoxidil.

Using Carrier Oils Mixed With Ethanol Vehicle To Deliver Topicals

Which carrier oils do you use specifically? Do you use a mix or just one?

Using Carrier Oils Mixed With Ethanol Vehicle To Deliver Topicals

So I'm in the same sitution as you where PG/ethanol vehicles just drys the scalp too much and I get pretty bad dandruff and lose more hair I feel like. I've been looking for a way to get around this. Do you use this combination for minoxidil? What about RU? I don't see anything wrong with it...

Major White Flakes From Kirkland 5%, How To Deal With Them?

I have the same problem. It's the propylene gylcol they put in the liquid forms of minoxidil. Nizoral definitely helps but I still got flaking/dandruff even when using it. I've been trying to make my own minoxidil formula without the PG, haven't got it completely dialed in yet though. But you can switch...

My Zix Experience - How B6 And Zinc Have Saved My Hair

I've been using lipogaine for men with sensitive skin.. I've tried using foam in the past, but it was hard for me to use because I'm diffuse thinner as opposed to the traditional Norwood pattern, and the foam would get all in my hair and not really reach the scalp. I've read of other guys...
