I personally didn't get great results from RU. I maintained, but i was also on finasteride and minoxidil, so tough to say how much each one actually contributed. I didn't get any noticeable improvement from adding RU and I used it for over a year So I cut it out mostly just to save money, so still on minoxidil...

Finasteride... It's helped me maintain for the past few years.. From what i've gathered, diffuse thinners are the best responders and i'd say without it I'd be like a NW5/6 right now and im still at like a Norwood 2.5ish..

I use their 'for men with sensitive skin' formula as the pg in kirkland's and other cheaper liquid minoxidil formulas destroys my scalp. I buy it for that reason only, as another poster mentioned above it's just glorified, overpriced minoxidil.

Which carrier oils do you use specifically? Do you use a mix or just one?

So I'm in the same sitution as you where PG/ethanol vehicles just drys the scalp too much and I get pretty bad dandruff and lose more hair I feel like. I've been looking for a way to get around this. Do you use this combination for minoxidil? What about RU? I don't see anything wrong with it...

I have the same problem. It's the propylene gylcol they put in the liquid forms of minoxidil. Nizoral definitely helps but I still got flaking/dandruff even when using it. I've been trying to make my own minoxidil formula without the PG, haven't got it completely dialed in yet though. But you can switch...

I've been using lipogaine for men with sensitive skin.. I've tried using foam in the past, but it was hard for me to use because I'm diffuse thinner as opposed to the traditional Norwood pattern, and the foam would get all in my hair and not really reach the scalp. I've read of other guys...
