Detumescence Therapy of Human Scalp for Natural Hair Regrowth

I am really interested in giving this a try, there is a lot of optimism around this technique on other forums, and I quite like the idea that we could solve this issue manually, without the aid of chemicals. Anyone here really understood the method ? Frankly this is quite vague to me, is it...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

I believe it stands for Wound Induced Hair Neogenesis. In other words, real creation of new hair follicles with wounding.

Chemical peels: the ultimate reset switch ?

Well, I think I'm going for a mild one, that is 50% Glycolic acid. Doing it every two weeks, with Apple Cider Vinegar in my shampoo each day (ACV is a great anti inflammatory, so it will very likely prevent the fibrosis from coming back early). I still want to talk about this with you guys...

Chemical peels: the ultimate reset switch ?

I believe you have control over it. It's just a matter of concentration and duration of application, there's a lot of resources about how to use acids to do chemical peels, to avoid injury and scarring I mean. Though, about migration of platelets and growth factors, do you really think you need...

Chemical peels: the ultimate reset switch ?

Hey everyone :salut: I'm new to these forum, so if this subject has already been talked about, I'm sorry and I would understand if this thread is deleted. I think chemical peels are becoming, with dermarolling for example, a thing to talk about and document results/testimonies concerning hair...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Princess, your input is valuable, so I thought of asking you this question: What do you think of chemical peels instead of dermarolling. Some people on other forums seem to be very hyped about it, and it makes a lot of sense to me. The response of the body may be stronger via chemical peels...

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Sorry to make you repeat then, but what's the point of damaging our scalps if wounding in humans can't regenerate hair ? It's just to maintain the hair we already have, by preventing fibrosis ? And if so, what's the role of Minoxidil in all this, or semen.

For some reason, I can't access the last page of this thread (Page 145). Weird. Edit: problem solved, apparently this page didn't exist yet.

I think that this is our best bet. I plan on wounding every 2 weeks, apply minoxidil every night and apply hydrocortisone after what you refer as "the initial inflammatory burst". Do you have any idea to the correct time-frame to apply anti-inflammatories after wounding ?

I am glad I understood it clearly then. Thank you Squeegee for answering my questions. :)

Thanks for the reply. So you say that the time-frame between two rolling sessions is so small that the inflammation and other negative things for our purpose do not have enough time to kick in ?

    New Dermaroller Study; Thoughts, comments?

Hello everyone, I'm new to these forum, and I'll start by apologizing for my english since it is not my native language, i'll try to do my best. Anyway, my question is simple. Derma-rolling seems to be a reset switch which activates growth factors leading to hair regeneration, and break...
