I am thinking of stopping finasteride. As I'm not sure if this is causing my dry eye problems. Is there any chance I may still maintain with monoxidil, nizoral shampoo and dermrolling?

Does 7mls of minoxidil to 300-350ml of ru give a 5% strength?
