Hi guys I’ve recently purchased a topical product which has the ingredients: 5% minoxidil, 0.04% finasteride & 2% azelaic acid. Has anyone tried anything similar? Have you had good results?

Hi Jazz, I have recently purchased a topical finasteride / minoxidil product. it has 0.04% finasteride, 5% minoxidil and 2% azelaic acid. Would you recommend this as well as 1mg oral finasteride or would you choose either topical or oral and not both?

Oh yeah forgot to add, I use nizoral twice a week (leaving it on for around 5 mins) and Gro-md shampoo the other 5 days (leaving on for 3-4 mins each time I use it) has anyone tried the gro-md shampoo before? I’ve been using it for around 2 months now. Spex does plug it on his social media...

My current regime is simply the 1mg of finasteride per day. However I have multi vitamins, cod liver oil and pumpkin seed oil everyday. I have seen a topical finasteride / minoxidil mix that I am thinking of using and wondered if anyone else had tried it, or anything similar? It is 0.04%...

Hi man your transformation looks very good! How many grafts did they insert to the top of your head in the second surgery? How are you coping on finasteride? I have taken it before but I don’t think it agreed with me :(

Thanks for the info. I’ll stick to my regime for a few months and see how much progress I make. I am going to knock the finasteride on the head it wasn’t for me :(

Hi mate, where did you read this? I’m determined to try keep off finasteride but might have to get back on it soon if I don’t see results by March / April next yearz. Thinking about trying PRP treatment but I need to research it more first

Hi mate, I tried finasteride but was sure it was affecting my libido. But that could just have been inside my head. I was hoping to try a few more natural products and see what happened but I know that is a risk. Might go down the PRP route and see what that does ....

Hi mate, looks good so far. What was the cost for 4000 grafts and how long were you in the clinic for? I’m thinking about having a second transplant now and aren’t sure where to go. Was sceptical about turkey at first but people seem to be going over there and getting good work done!
