Its wet in those pictures, but I can see the thinning on the temples. I have done some derma roller work too and it seems to be working as far as I can tell. You think that meds are a better route, if so, what do you recommend?

None, other than one of my cousins going bald at like 40. My hairline is receded but has always been lighter in that area, and hasnt moved much in the past three years if at all.
