New Product: RevitaLash Hair Conditioner, very interesting!!

I've been using this product for almost 4 months now and like it. I am pretty sure it has thickened up my hair a little but I cannot claim any obvious regrowth. If you can get a bottle cheap on eBay I think it's worth it. So far I have paid $108 for my first bottle and $50 for my 2nd. If I...

New Product: RevitaLash Hair Conditioner, very interesting!!

Not even the original revitalash does that, and it yields pretty amazing results. It doesn't claim to instantly thicken your hair, so why would it? That's for topik and other joke "cosmetic thickeners."

Amazon has it for $110.00. I think I'll try a bottle and see what happens.

If you lose hair to hyperandrogenicity can it grow back?

It's gone....experiencing hypo is no different than stepping into a timewarp in terms of damage done to your hair follicles. I know from personal experience on more than one occasion.

    Fluff piece on Follica

Follica didn't even need the 2nd round of venture funding they easily obtained, but they figured it would speed things up and help them bring their product to market faster so they went ahead with it anyway. Just look at the people behind Follica and it's a who's who in the industry of hair...

    Follica - Good News!

Here's a new article about Cotsaleris and his research. Not sure if there's any new info. or just rehashing old stuff: http://www.citypaper.net/articles/2009/ ... e-research

azelaic acid and zinc invitro dht inhibition, french study

Probably the only product I've always got consistent results with has AA in it, along with b6 (the right kind) and zinc (it also has Takanal but I doubt that does anything). If I stop using it my scalp starts to itch exactly where my hair is thinning. Once I resume using it the itch goes away...

Too bad Rahal doesn't offer the same deal!! Oh wait, people already give awesome reviews about him for free....gee, what a concept.

    3000 - 3500 grafts with Dr Rahal

I'm getting mine done with Rahal, est. ~1,800 grafts, on Feb. 27th. I had a lengthy phone conversation with him a few months ago and he did seem very sincere. I also had an in office consult with Umar and he too was very sincere. Rahal he has tons and tons of photo's of superb results on his...

Who is delaying hair transplant and waiting on HM? And does it matter?

I'm not delaying anything. I'll be sitting in Rahal's chair in a little over 3 months. I still believe HM (or something similar, i.e. Follica) will be out in ~10 years (hopefully sooner), but I'll be in my mid 40's in 10 years so what's the point of waiting? Maybe if you're 12 or 14 you can...

Researchers find easier way to make stem cells

I read this on yahoo.com and thought it was suspicious that they discovered this at Harvard, where Follica is conducting their dermabrasion trials. If there is any link between the two it looks like we might not even need to dermbrade at all, just sprinkle some of this on our scalps, followed...

Confused about hair transplant aftermath...please advise

You're going to require a lot of FU's. I'd guess at least 3,500 to rebuild a hairline. You need to do your own research to determine which doctor(s) you feel the most comfortable with. I'm in the same boat, also 34 but not quite as much loss. I'll probably require close to 2K FU's to achieve...

    ketoconazole?????

There's a Keto Mousse and cream but the mousse smells and the cream will irritate your skin if you leave it on it for too long. Sinere does make topical formula's that contain Keto (in addition to minoxidil and some other things) so you can check them out.

    Getfitinib growth pictures........

If the ONLY difference between the mice and humans is the immune system then I don't see why simply adding a topical immnosupressor like Tacrolimus wouldn't be all we need to achieve good results? If it's really the immune system that causes the need for EGFR inhibitors and/or WNT signalers...
