It's looking great, exciting times! You are due the heavy shed anytime soon.
Re liquid vitamin e, sounds like a good idea but not something I've personally tested.
I have used pure aloe Vera gel which had vitamin e inside it everyday, that must have helped with my redness as it kept my head...
Hi mate,
Have always been looking for posts on self prp but couldn't find much around the net.
Congrats on doing the treatment yourself. Can you share a list of all the tools you need to do this?
I have a centrifuge, anticoagulant tubes (purple tops) and butterfly needles.. What else do I need?
It has been 9 weeks and 2 days. I have about 10% of transplanted hair left which I trim off with a hair clipper on zero. I do this so I don't look stupid with half a hairline behind the actual hairline.
No real changes at the moment apart from the fact my native hair is almost long enough to...
Nothing to really see, shed almost 80-90% of Hairs. Completely in an ugly duckling phase, have been for a while now.
Will update at 2 month mark, 6 weeks tomorrow.
Regenepure has 1% ketoconazole but also has other ingredients, I think it's designed to reduce inflammation and promote growth, also no damaging sulfates.
Nizoral is on the other hand 2% ketoconazole which has been shown to reduce scalp dht and dandruff etc. Again good for inflammation prevention.
I get it fair play mate, then I would just ride it out until you feel like you no longer can style your hair... That's when I'd get a transplant and I did... Im now coming to six weeks post transplant.

Agreed... I would use meds at this stage - minoxidil and finasteride or RU and nizoral/regenepure etc. Your hairline looks decent but you have overall thinning and temporal recession.
I wouldn't touch a transplant at this very low level hair loss. You still can style your hair. Leave it how it is. Use a topical dht blocker if your that worried about finasteride.
Hi mate,
You must pay a minimum deposit of 1000 euros by transfer, however if you wanted you could transfer to them up to 3.5k euros and pay the rest in cash over there you can pay in pounds.
The rate is decent at the moment I would transfer as much as possible on while the rate is 1.125...
3-4 times. I find having healthy diet and high protein and cardio works wonders on hair. Protein intake at around 200g for me helped alot. Quality of my hair dropped significantly when I stopped working out and stopped eating high protein
Dermovate to stop immediate itching. Its a corticosteroid provided by my clinic. I wouldn't use it all the time. Just extreme case of inflammation.
Otherwise I wash my head with regenepure and nizoral to keep inflammation away. Don't let hair be greasy.
Hairline is perfect position, any lower and your looking at a Kyle Christie effect.
Your hair is perfectly fine, get on meds (finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral and biotin) and use the oils once twice a week - enjoy man.
