Instead of being realistic and save for a transplant in my early twenties, I "escaped" reality by playing the guitar and wearing a cap. Instead of saving my money for treatment, i bought a guitar every time I had some money. Don't do that, it will catch you big time later.

One more thing. No one gives a sh*t about you hair loss. You family and friends/girlsfriend they might go "Ah I feel sorry you feel that way", or "come on, its just hair, its normal for men blah blah", or "..but you look good even though you have lost your hair, it suits you!!" ... But no one...

Exactly!!!!.. I tell you one thing you younger guys thats losing your hair. Dont pick the entertainment industry as a carrier.. You will be devastated.

I don't know how much longer I have the strength for living this life. My first signs of hair loss was when I was 14 years old. So I lost most of my hair early in life, in a diffuse thinning way. I am 32 now and a full blown nw6. I thought it would become easier with time to cope with this, but...

Dont do it. You are not alone I have felt and often feel like that too. But hold on, maybe better treatments come in the future. Do other things in the meanwhile, that doesn't rely on your physical appearance.
