You need to massage or get it into your scalp, the hair wont soak it up and then transfer it down the shaft to the scalp..... My hair is anywhere from 1 - 3 inches long so i have to use more than the recomended amount to ensure it hits the scalp.

Nizoral will not cause a shed... it only does good things, not bad.

things seem to be balancing out, shedding has decreased somewhat and the frontal hairline seems to be filling in... i used to freak out, check my self out in the mirror like crazy, now i have relaxed a lot more.

Yeah i third this..... i'm in the same boat, chest hair, eye brows hair etc etc everything shedding, however 3months on the shedding is slowing down and i am starting to see signs of regrowth. Hold tight man and try not to let it get you down..... easy to say i know, but you must stay strong

Is this a question for a friend or for you? All roads to hair growth with minoxidil/Rogaine say that you must use it twice daily, once is not enough and if you stop using it you will loose the hair grown with minoxidil/Rogaine.
