If this is true about Nizoral/keto, then do you think it would be possible for finasteride to be in a topical form? I plan to take Propecia soon but if I find out there is a topical form of finasteride I would prefer to try that first.

I got this information from reading posts on these boards and also from reading the 5-year Propecia study on this site. I'm glad to hear finasteride has worked for over 5 years for your friend. Why do people recommend using Nizoral while on Propecia/finasteride ?? If finasteride does in fact reduce DHT, wouldn't that in turn reduce scalp inflammation/itching? If so, why would you need Nizoral??
