I just read about that. Turns out hair texture changes every 5-6 years or so. Might be that also. To be sure I'll just go see another dermatologist who will look closely if I have traces of minitiurization.

Tbh maybe that's what it is, I always went for a faded side part which kinda ruined my hairline, only option now is to buzz it so all the hair will be at the same length on top. Oh well.
