I didn't investigade this things but I personnaly don't belive it's true. However from my konwledge is that finasteride can do detection of this cancer more dificult. PS. I don't think this topic (about RU) is the best place to talk about that and finnaly you can ask me on prive. in polish...

What do you gays think about using Flutamide topically insted of spironolactone? In Poland flutamide is much cheaper than spironolactone and i have read that fluta is even more powerfull antiandrogen (DHT receptors bloker) then spironolactone.

Finasterid 1 mg decrease DHT level more less like that after taking one dosage: 1 day 60% 2 day 55% 3 day 50% 4 day 45% so there is absolutly no need to take it twice a day
