Have u gotten/noticed sides right after one year of using or you had noticed it before but kept going with meds ?

My doctor said it is a huge improvement in only 3 months, even joked about publishing my results as an example but somehow I still feel uneasy about the treatment.

What kind of side effects do u have, the one I am struggling with is dark circles under my eyes ( doctor said I should consider applying it once a day)
