i used it for about 4 months continuously. i stopped using it because it was obvious that it wasn't stopping my hairloss. however, i'm not claiming it won't work for you or anyone else. it's always good to figure out what works for yourself, rather than taking any one persons opinion...

i used rogaine for 3 weeks and had to discontinue. it's sad to me because it appeared to be already working. i used it only at my temples and began to notice peach fuzz after the second week (my hair grows really fast). but about that same time i noticed my heart would occasionally palpitate...

i noticed he says it will take at least 6 months for results usually. i think i'm going to give it a shot. even if it doesn't stop my hair from shedding, at least it could get rid of those wrinkles. it sounds healthy overall.
