Buddy if you’re NW6 you need to consider surgery. At the least hop on dutasteride to kill DHT, if minoxidil doesn’t work try RU58841 for your topical anti-androgen to combat scalp testosterone and residual DHT. You should also dermaroll once a week with 1.5mm

send pics. Minoxidil is good you can also hop on finasteride if its as aggressive as you say. I've been dealing with hairloss since I was 17 and been using minoxidil since I was 18. Im 20 now and my hairloss as stopped alltogether
