Can somebody , please , explain to me what 60% represents ? 60% of a normal amount of hair , or , if you have 10 hairs in that spot you will gain another 6?

If I’m not wrong , scientists discovered that only progenitors cells are lost ? Maybe , if this is true , we will only have to turn cells in progenitors , and boom , we gain our hair back ? ( I remember I read that somewhere on this forum)
In terms of maintenance I have better results compared to minoxidil , but it’s not a miracle drug sadly :( no great regrowth yet( i’m using it for 3 months , I’ll stick to this regimen for 1 year at least to see if it actually works) . I use anaphase+ shampoo from ducray as well+zinc tablets orally.
I live in Romania and this product is very popular , two different derms prescribed it to me . We find it at any pharmacy here :)
