I tried using it years ago and could never stick with the regimen of 3x a day. I also work 48hrs straight so it’s hard to do at work.

Curious if those that have been on finasteride for quite some time have had to increase their dose? I've been on 1.25mg/day for probably 4 years now and am loosing ground, so considering upping my dose a little.

I've been on the 5mg tabs, cutting them in 4th's. It was recommended to me to switch to 1mg tabs as you're not getting the full dose when you split them, and it'll be a different dose every day. Thoughts on this? The 1mg tabs are substantially more expensive.
