My shed has suddenly increased phenomenonally and for no apparent reason. Like from 100 per day to 200 hairs per day. So I'm avoiding washing my hair. Washing them once in two weeks. Is this healthy? Any other way to clean hair so as to not lose hair during washing and shampooing?
