Dude's need to realize that you have to continue to take ANY baldness treatment (including finasteride/dutasteride) continuously to maintain results/gains. It's not just minoxidil.... which is like fertilizer for your hair follicles.

IMHO the early thickening and growth spurt was from the minoxidil foam, not finasteride which in most cases only maintains what you have. A constant shed for 6 months is not normal nor a good sign. You can try and ride it out but you may want to trial a month or two of dropping the finasteride and see if...

It is not dandruff, but the normal keratin bulb when a hair is shed. Look at a woman's hair in a brush and you find the same thing. The follicle root is securely anchored in your head.
