Interesting! i'll look into the magnesium. It's just weird though because you usally have high concentrations of calcium in the blood before it spreads to the soft tissues. I was getting around 1000mg of calcium per day, 50/50 diet and supplement.
So as of now i'll make sure i'm getting adequate...
I currently have lower end ferritin levels 69ug/L (Range 30 - 400). I've always took a multivitamin that included iron but my levels are still low.
What i didn't know is that if it contained calcium the iron wont absorb optimally. As of today what i'm doing is taking a multivitamin without iron...
In general i've heard manufacturers will sometimes use a cheaper material than the one specified like nickel etc. considering you are penetrating your skin with these and blood is drawn, could you get some level of poisoning?

I've recently found out my problem was a lack of sodium in my diet. My bp was already on the lower side of normal, then when combined with minoxidil it push it over the edge.
I've been on 1ml minoxidil for about a week now and seems to be ok...
