Probably more than 1/3rd actually. It seems like almost every guy 40 years old has some amount of hairloss I would say 3/4th of 40 yr olds have hairloss to some extent.
I would just stay on finasteride tbh. I think im losing a bit of ground too after 16 months but its hard to tell because I have a buzz cut.
Idk if you added minoxidil yet but add that in combination with finasteride before moving to dutasteride.
almost everyone loses density with age. Doesn't mean they will be full slick bald though. Most guys start balding at age 23-25 and don't notice it. They just stay balding their whole lives but never actually go bald except a few.
6 years since you first made the post. Are you still single or did you find a girl that accepted that hair?
Man you really fucked up by not taking finasteride earlier. At this point idk if it will do anything for you because a lot is lost but it is definitely worth a try so stick with it for some...
dawg, when I went on minoxidil nothing crazy happened. But then again I was already losing like 500 hairs a day before going on it so Its possible that could have hid it
His case is pretty interesting. He was heading to a nw6 at 24 but a decade later he has a full head of hair. The hair on top also looks too dense for someone that has nw6-7 genetics to get even with a transplant. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he is using some type of hair system as well.
honestly to me it looks about the same. I cant see a difference. But I know that pics can be deceiving so only you know best. If you truly feel like you are continuing to thin then you probably are.
I believe he is in a better position than most guys here. He has no diffused thinning and receding of that nature with no thinning usually ends up stopping. I think he will have a similoar hairline i i his 30s.
This is the truth. I've been on finasteride for a year now and my hair is still thinning on the big three. Its just something I have accepted now and try not to think about as much. Every male in my family is bald so its foolish for me to think that a pill would stop something that has been happening...
