Update: My free t level is high 57 (max 45). Why does that Total T is so low and free T and E2 are high? Will this affect the finasteride sides?

I've seen here and other forums guys that take finasteride for 1-5 years with no sides....than suddenly they get balls ache and no errections. How the heck this happens?
