Worst I've seen reported was like some redness of the skin... it also maybe caused some hair limpness some days early? idk. has not been a problem recently.

I am pretty sure at this point that this stuff at LEAST is popping up very small vellus hairs. I imagine in a couple more months we will get an idea of if this stuff will produce anything much beyond that.

Literally a drop of CAS # 65113-99-7 from amazon into 30ml liquid minoxidil should work... unless you don't want to use minoxidil. It appears to be working for me at least, and is unbelievably easy.
