I don't really see any recession or thinning anywhere. You're more than likely not balding. At least you have pictures now to compare to in the future.

When I first was taking minoxidil I had this problem as well. I researched it online at the time and I found that doing cardio 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes helps. Also drink a lot of water and lower your daily sodium intake. This worked for me.

Thanks for the response. I agree that finasteride might be something i have to add to my regimen in the future. I want to see how far Rogaine can take me first. I'm hoping i'll be lucky enough to avoid finasteride but who knows..

Re: sylent's story From what I see it doesn't look like much recession at all. Possibly a maturing hairline, but then again I am not a hair loss specialist. But anyways you still have a very good head of hair.
