yeah but you're thinning all the way back to the crown.. however mildly.. and your alley is very narrow.. but i guess if you just want to bulk up the front its fine..

1k for that much loss is not enough.. you needed more like 3k.

get on minoxidil and proscar.. good chance to really thicken things up and maintain through your 20s until something else comes along.

depends how much hair you have to start with, how much work you are getting done, and if the doctor shaves you down.

this is an important question. I would try NOT to do this.. i use this stuff everyday and think it accelerates my loss quite a bit.. i can't be sure.. Most doctors say it is ok after a month post-op.. but i am wary..

don't make the hairline too low.. and please do research and make sure that Doctor is highly regarded.. and by research, i mean on these forums like gourmetstylewellness.com, hlh, regrowth to ensure you have non-biased opinions

looks like a nice thin scar. But why only 2800 grafts? Did you ever consider a megasession of 5K grafts from a clinic like H&W? I think to get a nice result you will need at the very least 6-7K grafts..

i think i see some white dots.. areas that are bare from where it was taken.. i guess its fine..

no transplants, not now. Try minoxidil.. try tricomin.. try spironolactone.. and possibly try dutasteride but my guess dutasteride will give you side effects as well. Did propecia work for you at all?

Dude forget about it. 22 is WAY too young, and yes, you will have big problems down the road if you fill in your current loss with 3K grafts. Stay on finasteride, get on minoxidil, add nizoral.. perhaps add tricomin and bite and move forward. You can always use toppik, but this is a very dangerous...
