Have you contacted them and asked for an update on your order? (My "e-mail receipt" from them had a link which allows checking of the order. Yours probably does too.)
Also, if you there isn't enough money on the card, why not add more and guarantee your order being shipped?

Is it necessary to use Minoxidil SPECIFICALLY in the morning and the evening?
Or could I use it when I arrived home from work (4-5 pm) and before I go to bed (11-12 pm), and still receive the same benefits? Or is that not enough time between applications?
