yes, that is my current situation. I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute all of the monthly charges they've been charging me for up-and-coming orders. Including one they processed just a few days ago!

I too have been ordering from HD for many years now. Unfortunately I can continue due to rude/ poor customer service and now bad pieces/ terrible cuts-ins and color inconsistencies. Can anyone recommend a better company to order hair from?
