Biotin is a good sup to add in. I wont say it gave me any regrowth but it does help your hair appear healthier after a month or two. When you buy some make sure you get a pretty small dosage or it will cause acne. I think I settled around 500 mcg or something like that.

Damn that's horrible! Yeah. Like I said its not really something to mess around with. Its just not something thats worth taking to stop hairloss. A lot of people will buy the HGH drops or sub lingual tabs and get a placebo effect from it. But actual medical tests show no actual increase in HGH.
