If I remember correctly the guys who responded with needling alone, ie no min, finasteride etc measured their progress in years not months. The original post for this thread was very clear.... needle and min. If you guys change the treatment don't be dissatisfied if you get different results.

Yes, but also make sure you don't use nizoral within 24 hours of needling. That solved the itch for me.

I alternate between 1mm and .75mm. Wait 3 days after .75 and 4 days after 1mm. more like westonci's routine. Not trying to bleed. A6 Ultima pen, medium speed 12 needles.

I am micro-needling every 3 or 4 days. I use bimatoprost twice a day. I'm having awesome results similar to the positive responders with minoxidil. It will be 12 weeks Wednesday I will post pics in the next 4 weeks.
